1. Right of Withdrawal Under the Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 daysof receiving your order, without giving any reason.
2. How to Return? Contact us by email before sending the item back. The product must be returned in its original, unused condition and packaging within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal.
3. Return Conditions Returned items must show no signs of use, be clean and undamaged. Textile products (bedding, pillows, blankets) must be returned in their original packaging.
4. Refunds We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof of shipment, using the same payment method you used at checkout. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
5. Complaints & Warranty You are entitled to file a complaint within 1 month of purchase. We will respond within 14 days. Please contact us by email with a description of the defect and photos of the product.
SHIPPING POLICY
1. Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
2. Delivery Time Standard delivery within Poland: 2–4 business days. International orders may take longer depending on the destination.
3. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
4. Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
5. Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately with photos and your order number.
